Training Rules

Jutsu learning is divided into two different ones, one for scrolls or someone helping and one for newly created. Now, for unranked Cannon jutsu, simply pm it to a Admin(or mod[If allowed]) and they will rank it for you. the words "the, and, I, a" do not count.

If you are creating a Custom or Cannon jutsu post first the Jutsu you are about to learn in the training topic then wait for it to be approved then when it is, you may train and learn the jutsu

E rank jutsu = AUTOMATICALLY LEARNED yes these are mostly academy level jutsu so they are already learned. Yay for you!
For Academy students however you must learn them.

Jutsu word count when using a scroll or someone explaining/helping you with it
# E-Rank: 100 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# D-Rank: 150 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# C-Rank: 300 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# B-Rank: 800 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# A-Rank: 1000 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# S-rank: 1400 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines

Creating New or learning with out help/scroll JUTSU WORD COUNT
# E-Rank: 150 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# D-Rank: 350 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# C-Rank: 500 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# B-Rank: 1000 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# A-Rank: 1200 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
# S-Rank: 1800 or Separate posts no less than 4 lines
